2012 ML63 AMG Performance Package Questions
I am looking for real information on the 2012 ML63 AMG Performance Package.
I read that they changed the color of caliper, put in different steering wheel, and upped the boost pressure. Are there any other "physical part changes" or just "electronic changes". What I am fishing for is did they put bigger fuel system, bigger injectors, different suspension, etc. Or in simple terms, did they just reflash it with a hotter/higher boost profile which similar could be done by a reputable tuner.

Thanks for your response. I ask because I need to finalize the build configuration on one that will be built middle of March. Dealer doesn't have much "real" information. If it's cosmetic with a factory re-flash it makes it real hard to justify the additional cost of the AMG Performance Package. **IF** the Performance Package adds upgraded fuel, injectors, etc that would extend the tuneability further than without the package, then it makes real good sense to purchase it.
