Why do I get this picture of a big box with a "This Side Up" arrow on it. You open it up and find all these parts with an instruction sheet written in several languages. You see large blow up pictures with things like "Take 4 bolts (H) and fit them into holes (GG) [Fig. 1]. Place washers (I) and nuts (J) on bolts and hand tighten. etc.etc.

That is an old trick - assembling them in the country cuts down on the taxes -which can be quite large in some countries.
