$91k?? Wow - assume those are Canadian dollars (add your location to your profile)? No Lighting Package - a must-have. At that price, I would definitely add the MBTex dash and trailer hitch.

Yes, beside the price, those look like non-U.S. options, i.e., the AMG items are not available in the U.S. I concur with GregW, you definitely should add the lighting package, MBTex dash and trailer hitch. The Brown Satin Ash trim would look very nice with that Black Leather and the wrapped dash.
Other options that I'm ordering that you might like:
Active Curve System (458) PARKTRONIC W/ACTIVE PARKING ASSIST (235)
Active ventilated front seats (401).
Power Passenger Seat w/Memory (242) Lockable Rear Storage Compartment (888)
I'd delete the running boards however. Seems most everyone hates them. I had them on a previous ML and they are worthless... unless you have small children who need the step up. They tend to just mark up the inside of your pant leg, even though they have reportedly now make them more narrow than in past years. But now that they changed the little rubber traction things on the top, there is reportedly an issue with those coming off easily.
I didn't think the roller blinds for the rear windows were available yet on the ML in 2013, but sounds like a good idea if you have regular rear passengers.

Included in the "Premium Rear Seating Package" the OP ordered.

Thanks for the Quick Response, MBTex Dash is standard, so is the lighting package and trailer hitch, and 360 degree camera and parktronic? I have a question, when leasing, pretend that i want to put on snow tires on the GL, do i have to get them done by dealer, or order online and do it yourself?

You don't need to go to the dealer; probably need to have stock-type all seasons on when your lease is up, though.
