2012 vs 2013 - exterior differences?

2012 vs 2013 - exterior differences?
From what I understand there are only minor subtle differences between the two, nothing cosmetic on the exterior, right?
But then I go to this site:

And I toggle the year between 2012 and 2013 and Im seeing huge differences on the appearance, most notable the grill.
Is that site's picture for 2012 using 2011 model?
That's the only way I can explain it, I was just hoping to get some confirmation
