If your car doesn't have the multicontour seats, is that are where the "seat" button is a dummy blank switch?

Does it have the active lumbar support as well where it inflates on turns?

No, it does not have active bolsters. Active lumbar = massage.

Seats look the same. Headrests are marginally different (top pleat).
