Hey, do you ever get sun glare shining off those shinny chrome fins? I imagine it could be blinding if the sun suddenly reflected off them as you were driving toward the sunset.

Got them from http://www.getmercedesparts.com/, seems to be a dealer that sells OEM parts below MSRP which is quite nice. I like how they have a "best before" date, wouldn't want to buy rotten parts now would I eh?

The mbusa website says $40 per pair, but when the parts guy at my dealership looked on his computer, it was $40 each. My sales advisor told me he'd hook me up with all four pins. We'll see if he follows through.

This website says $40, but doesn't say for how many: http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/access.../model-ML350W4. Seems like they'd be in pairs - why would you buy one? The dealer's parts computer said they wer $40/pair. We'll see Saturday when I pick them up.

Edit: As expected, parts guy checked the boxes when they came in, and only one pin per box, so they are $40 each. Now he had to reorder the others.

Spoke to my local dealer in Australia, they sell the door pins for circa $100 AUD.....each!!

Ouch!!....ebay it is.
