COMAND Phone Book Settings

I wonder if anyone could help. Picked up my 2013 ML350 BT and connection to iPhone 4S is fine either on Bluetooth or via the USB connection, however the COMAND phone book reverses all of my contacts to surname first which is really annoying (understand this is personal preference).

I cant find any reference on how to change this in the settings or the operations manual, and the delaer is trying to find out, but does anyone know if i can change this?

Thanks in advance.

I can't answer your question, but it's interesting that a couple examples in the COMAND user manual on the phone book show by first name. Nowhere do I see how to select first or last as a preference, though.

Any news on this issue

Hi,

I also would like to change the order of presenting a phonebook entry, firstname first and then the surname. In all phones this is configurable.

Thanks
Kai

Spoke to my dealer and after some enquiries with MB tecnical, it would appear there is no way of changing the configuration. Its not so much of a problem just personal preference, but I am dissaponted something as simple as this (as installed on all phones) is not included in the set up. My BMW has this included.
