Part number for W166 AMG Pedal Covers?
Could anyone please tell me what the OEM part numbers are for the Mercedes AMG Aluminum accelerator and brake Pedals that would fit the W166? Like the ones in the photo, below. Thanks!

Thanks, but it's weird... a google search on that only brings up German and Russian MB parts websites. That is also the part number as listed in the German version of the accessories catalog (attached...and it's amazing how many accessories there are available for the M-class that aren't listed in the US version of the accessories catalog).
Does anyone know if there is a US version of this part number?

Okay, I've been doing some online detective work. It seems that the Mercedes AMG Aluminum Pedals for the W166 are the same as for the W164 X164 X166 and W251. I guess they didn't change pedal design for for the W166.
If that's the case, then these should be the part numbers:
accel pedal: 164 300 00 82
brake pedal: 170 290 01 82
And this website I just discovered is great, as it shows which models it works with, plus little diagrams to confirm its the right part: http://www.mbpartsworld.com
www.getmercedesparts.com seems to have the best price, but they don't tell you want the shipping is going to be before you submit your order. Plus they add a $2.00 'handling charge.' So forget them! What good are low prices when you jack up everything else?
These guys are a little more, http://www.mercedespartscenter.com, but at least I know what it cost before I submit my order. They are also closer to So Cal, so I might save a buck or two on shipping anyway.

Something I learned was that the ML does not come with any type of gas pedal cover from factory. I checked a few other makes and they didn't either. All did come with a rubber brake pedal cover.

It looks like the OEM set from http://www.mercedespartscenter.com is slightly cheaper than the ebay offerings referenced above.
Ordering a set. Thanks Masterbuyer

Installation is just slip on. I put these on on my old w164 so it's been a while, but if I recall, the gas pedal cover slips over the existing pedal. The old brake pedal cover needs to be removed and replaced with the new cover. (or maybe it's the other way around...)
No tools are needed, other than maybe pliers to help remove the old cover - just a lot of patience because the fit is very tight.

I realize this is an older thread, but I have a silly question:
The gas pedal cover has a rubber lip on the back on 3 sides. One does not have such lip. Does the "lipless" side go on the top or on the bottom of the pedal?

I'm pretty sure there are lips on all sides. At least that's what I remember when I installed a set on my ML350 last month. If not on yours, I'd put the open end on the bottom. If it was on top, the slight chance of slipping down would exist. But I'd double check for lips on all sides.

I probably didn't word it well. There is a 90 degree lip on 3 sides (it goes away from the pedal and then at 90 degree inwards). On one side it just goes away from the pedal and doesn't bend inwards after.
Would be great if somebody with AMG or sports interior could check how it is installed.

Here is a pair of pictures of before and after.
Still would love to get an answer on which side goes up. More and more I think about it the lipped part should probably go on the bottom, so it doesn't accidentally gets taken off with a shoe going under it, but I'm still not sure.

Gas - bottom of the pedal - kindof funny some people here pay more to eBay than the same parts would be from your local dealer m- each to their own - the correct parts listed under E-Class

Bottom of the pedal should be the one with L looking lip or I looking one?
Three sides have L, one side has I. Where does I go -- top or bottom?
Thanks again.

They do not sell the S and CL pedal without the entire unit. I bought a w203 pedal off ebay for 34.00 and removed the pedal pad and swapped them without touching my original electronics. Its the only way you can do it as these models are attached to the unit and to the floor and not the types that hang.

I am not "So smart", I am well educated and I have access to the MBZ parts catalogs and prices. VIPGERMAN.COM sells the gas pedal P# 2213000204 for 236.00 your cost on line 169.20. Not serviced as a cover like the brake pad . P# 2302900082 price is 32.50 selling for 23.40 (but they just said not avail.) that is because the price has doubled but if you buy it from them they legally must sell it to you for the price listed. Now, if you go on Ebay and find a gas pedal assembly from any car that looks like yours (which is a double row of ovals.) You will find perfectly good used ones that you can remove the pedal cover without removing the pedal from the car. They are only held in with plastic clips. I bought mine for 34.00 (the full assembly) off of a model W209. It was a flawless piece and changed out in an about 20 minutes.
