2013 ML350 Bluetch (Canadian)

I just got my 2013 ML350 a week ago in Canada, i ordered the car with every option there is. Im just wondering what are the differences between a Canadian version and a German version. I know us in Canada we don't get the off road package and other stuff. I dont know if i have BAS plus on my car or not, and if comand online works in Canada. I know its off-topic does anyone else have problem with the transmission? my has rough shifting
thank you

Ok, if it doesn't work in Canada, can I get it to work when I'm travelling in the USA?

After some research i found out that the Canadian model is also missing the corning light on the intelligent lighting system. the intelligent lighting system cost $1000 optional is kinda useless compared to the normal light that the car comes with cuz it doesn't have the corning lights. Canadian model also doesn't come with the app feature that's in the comand system. why are we paying more than the USA and getting less stuff.....
