Hi Guys - Long time reader first poster.
I am looking at a new 2013. The MSRP is 55,655 with destination and delivery. The car has the P1 pkg, parktronic, trailer hitch, leather steering wheel, pre-wiring for rear seat, keyless-go and Lane Tracking pkg.
They are have offered me the car for 53,155. I've been reading this board and seems like most people who have posted their price have been getting 8 or 9 % off, but this was before the 2014 is available. What do you guys think the dealership should reasonably sell this car for.

First find out the invoice price on edmunds.com and go from there. When I was shopping around for my ML I was regularly getting offers from dealers internet sales dept for around 10% off the MSRP. The offer you are getting seems close to invoice, but push harder. With 2014's hitting the lots you should have bargaining power. Talk to as many dealers you can in the area and make them work off each other.

A 2013 RWD ML could be a bit more discounted than that - personally RWD "might" have a fuel economy advantage in metro areas - for "most" areas 4matic which is about $2.2K more can make more sense, especially since it makes the ML a bit more "nimble" and "surefooted" in the most challenging weather conditions - depends on area - your discount is up to your market area and your dealership...
