ML 350 Bluetech 2013 Loving it!
Tyres worn out at 6400 miles

I had my first service 1 year after purchase. Am very happy with the ML350.
The mercedes garage said my tyres have worn out from the edges of both front wheels and need changing. I have driven 6400 mile on mostly town driving most home and work about 5 mile journey each way.
Is this ware and tear a bit unusual ? Should I have not got at least 15000 miles?
Is this covered in any way by warranty ?
Any body has had to change tyres so soon ?

A gaggle of MB's
I would suspect front tire pressures have been set "too low"...

Not sure which tires your ML is running but my ML63 has 10,000 kms and my Pirelli Zero's are finished. With a wear rating of 160 I'd suspect that is all that can be expected...there may be a couple 2k more but that will put them on the bars and since I just put new winter wheels and tires on... next summer I will likely just install new...and yes...regardless of the less than stellar mileage I'll be going with the same...and btw with the stellar acceleration with the new Renntech magic the Pirellis appear at times to be on the verge of adhesion...very nearly breaking loose, and even leave telltale rubber marks

Do you drive agressively or fast around corners?

Unfortunately, noway It's not covered by the Mb warranty.

X350d GLE500e 2017, ML350 BlueTec 2012(sold), A200 2013, ML350CDI 2009(sold), Aston Martin DB7 2003
One year, 21,000km (13,000ml) and the Pirelli Verde are barely 25% worn on my ML350.

If yours are worn out on the edges in half that distance, then a wheel alignment is definitely due.

Would there any benefit fitting slightly wider tyres on a c204 C220CDI

I'm thinking of putting on Michelin Primacy 3 not sure if I should go a little wider
205.55.16 OEM
215.55.16

There's only $20.00 difference in price.
