Heated/cooled cupholders are std on 2014 ML63. Wasn't available in 2013. Other than that and the optional split-view (custom order only) there are no major changes

Not if you get the driver's assistance package that includes distronic. Distronic mounts the radar in the star and prevents you from replacing the star with the illuminated one.
