Paint Chip Repair

Are there any suggestions on what I can do about a chip in the paint on my ML350 hood? I would like touch up ideas. It is the size of a pin head but goes down to the metal primer. I have never had any luck with touch up paints but they may have improved over the years. Any suggestions or experience is appreciated.

I use "Dr.ColourChip". Order perfect match on line. It is very easy to use and does what it says it will. If directions are followed, there is no blotching.

Good luck

A gaggle of MB's
On irium silver - as a fine metallic - "most" touch up will look a bit darker than the original paint - original metallic the metallic is delivered by spray - on "touch-up" dab-on/brush-applied will look a bit darker

Thanks for the responses. Dr Colorchip seems the best way to go for now. Good info.
