Wood floors anyone?

I've been toying with the idea of buying some tongue and groove ash flooring and lining my cargo area. After matching the color and finish I would add some of those chrome strips for sliding cargo around. I keep thinking it would look awesome if it matched the interior wood.
The only issue is how to match the color and finish. Since the Mercedes satin finish looks closer to a flat finish, the finish shouldn't be an issue. But the color.....short of buying dozens of cans of stain, has anyone ever tried to match the color of their brown satin ash trim? I called Mercedes but they thought I was crazy. It will probably be an option in the future.....
No laminate suggestions please. I want the look and feel of real wood..... It is a Mercedes after all.
