Has anyone used the continental's before.

Thanks'
I haven't used these continentals but I had the conticontact 4x4 on my 2010 Ml350 and they vibrated as they got old even if we tried to road force balance them and they have mushy ride and poor snow traction. Thus it was a turn-off for me brand wise. I have not had good experience with continentals since they are cheaper but they last short and have poor durability. That's my experience.

I had the stock Contis from the factory. The Bridgestones now have about 500 miles on them. I can comment about everything but the potholes. (Don't have them in Florida). The ride is extremely smooth. Not a hint of vibration. They hold the road much better. I've driven in everything from a light rain to a tropical downpour with confidence, no hydro planing at all. I highly recommend these tires

Will 255/60R19 work?

http://www.michelinman.com/tire-sele...r/tire-details

I can get a great deal on these, does anyone know if this will fit? I would assume it would given the benz can take 21 inch rims?

Am I right to assume this?

It's not an "XL" tire, which is what is required for safety on a M-Class.

Can you give me more details as to the size of tire and the speed rating you are using, I need the 255/50R19 107W rated tire but I am concern the w-rated version will be firmer compared to my 107H rated michelin latitude tour hp tires. Are these tires smooth and soft over the bumps and uneven road surface without any vibration on the highway? Are they quiet?

The 14 GLK 250 B/T came with oem run flats (Dunlop Grandtrek's A/S ), which I will definitely NOT replace with run flats. The logic of why some ( mine) has run flats and others seem not to, eludes me.
The the last thing a Mercedes ML is is a CUV, @ 5000 lbs+.
I bought the scorpion Verde II tires from the tire rack test on smaller lighter vehicles. My mechanic said that they had very soft side walls so that the sidewalls almost kissed before the tires were mounted. I never drove the car until these tires were on it but it feels a little bit like I have rubber knees. They're very quiet I can't really talk to the handling cuz I drove mustangs for 30 years before this monster, but I feel just a little bit of side to side bounce

I put on Michelin (Latatude or Defender) LTX that I purchased from Costco. They were substantially better than the original tires which I then replaced with Michelins (not LTX) and then the LTXs. They are very quiet, smooth, track outstanding, are great in both the snow and rain. Costco's price couldn't be beat and when I picked up a nail in the sidewall driving near some road construction, it cost me about $30 to have the tire replaced
