Questions about prepaid maintenance

2. If not, how do MB costs compare to, say, Jiffy Lube? If, as I suspect, Jiffy Lube is cheaper, is there any benefit to going to MB (aside from avoiding Jiffy Lube's constants upsell attempts)?
Thanks.
2) Receipts that document the work done and type of oil/filter used
2b) Fully documented service history with MB dealer improves resale value (easy for dealer to verify service history and therefore CPO), better knowledge of vehicle, maybe a free wash and coffee?

I wouldn't take it to jiffy lube, but if you have a local mechanic who works on Mercedes and knows what it needs as far as type of oil, etc., then I'd go local.
The closest MB dealer charges $250 for a simple oil change and inspection. My local mechanic charged me $90.
I do most repairs myself though, but for some reason I don't like changing the oil on the ML, so many panels and things to remove.
