WEIRD NOISE AT START UP
Hello all. I get a weird noise at start up when my 2013 ML350 Bluetec is cold. The problem started a week ago. The current temperature here is -14 celcius. At first I thought it was a loud heater fan, but after shutting the fan I still had the same problem. I have attached a video of the noise. Any help identifying the problem would be appreciated.

It certainly sounds like a fan, doesn't it. I assume you hear it inside the cabin only and not in the engine?
I only got our ML recently, so don't know it well and can only offer some basic suggestions: does the noise go up and down in pitch with fan speed? Does it go up and down with engine speed? You said 'during startup' , so does it stop after a few seconds/ minutes/ or when the car is fully warmed up? If you have an engine stethoscope, you may be able to localize it a bit more.
