Lighting Software Update

My backup camera is basically useless at night because it is so dark and shows nothing in the screen. The update mentioned in the above linked post would certainly improve things, if it's real.
My dealer's SA claims that there is no such update available.
Does anyone have the Service Campaign Number for this update? Has anyone had it done?

Dealer's Shop Foreman says there is an update available to fix problems with the camera at night.
So much for a 'knowledgeable' SA. Actually, maybe that's an oxymoron!
I'll schedule it to be done, and report back here with the needed details.
