and I have ml550 without the off-road package. would i be able to install these?

These fit ML550 Bi-Turbo engines. They are off-road pipes so you will get a check engine light if you do not get a software update for your ECU. We have been using the OETuning ECU upgrade with this combination and you can expect to get ML63 numbers with the pipe and software combo.
