I've been taking my 2012 ML350 4Matic to Park Place for all service. I'm approaching another B service at 80k miles and I'm thinking of going to an independent. I've been happy with Park Place but an experience at my 40k B service hasn't left me. Basically, after paying the normal $550 for the service and them telling me they did all the checks and my car was good, a week later I needed new rear brakes. They admitted they didn't do the check and put new pads and rotors on for free. I appreciated that but the fact they didn't do the checks for that price hasn't left me.

Anyone worked with Auto Hans in Addison for service? They seem highly reviewed. Any other independents you trust in the Dallas area? Thanks!

Rodney Herson in North Dallas is a well reputed shop. My experience with Autoscope is they do fine quality work but charge more than MB dealer rates.
