Scorpions are all weather, wheels are OEM, 21". No vibration at idle. I am trying to find a set of 20" OEM wheels so that I can try with Continentals. It feels like a tire problem.

Yup... I'd even try for a set of 19s if you can get them. Had the same issue with 20" Scorpions on my own ML. Road-force balanced multiple times to no avail. Got a set of Contis instead and no issues whatsoever. Low profile tires with XL SUV load ratings have pretty stiff sidewalls, and Pirellis's tire uniformity / quality control is not exactly the best.

I've run Scorpions on both my then-new Charger 06' SRT8 and my then-new 14' GC SRT. 20's on both. Never any issue whatsoever.
