What's the largest profile tire to fit on OEM 19s?
Will a 275/65 19 fit without heavy mods? If not, whats the largest profile that'd fit...don't really care about % increase. Maybe even a 275/65 20...thoughts? Humor me. I obviously have no clue and wanna learn.

well im not sure that a 275/65 19 would fit... tire might touch the inside of the wheel pit at high steering angles and under compression.
Regarding the 275/65 20, that wont fit for sure. You cant mount a 20in tire on a 19in wheel.
