how to remove rear bumper on 2013 ML 350 base model
Hi, can any one post some pictures or documentation or online link on 2012/2013 ML 350 base model rear bumper removal procedure please...I have a local shop fixing my SUV rear bumper for a paint job. I want to make sure that they do not break it by following wrong procedure....Any help is highly appreciated..thanks
Hi there, I'm wondering if you found some info on how to remove the rear bumper.
I just went to install a tow hitch mounted bike rack on my freshly acquired 2013 ML350 and realised the cover in the rear bumper has been installed incorrectly so won't come out. Looks like I need to take off the entire bumper to release the cover without breaking it.
Most of the hitches that I've seen from (Curt, ect) do not require you to remove the bumper. It looks like you will have to temporarily lower the muffler for the install but no bumper removal.
Thanks but it's not to install the hitch - it's already there. There's a cover that's integrated into the bottom section of the bumper that is stuck in a weird position so i think at least the bottom part of the bumper has to come off to see what's going on.
