2016 ML350 Options/features

2016 ML350 Options/features
I just purchase a 2015 CPO ML350 and was just looking at the new 2016 GLE 350 and was looking at a dealers stock and which features each had and saw these features and wonder if you order them separately or what. I did not see them when I tried to build a new GLE350.
One had a featured listed as "laminated glass 1st row" this was only on one particular car , not on the others I checked.
Another car had these two features "Air Balance Package" and "Automatic Air Suspension" I know what the automatic air suspension is , but I was not able to find it on the Mercedes Benz Web build list. Do these come together and can you order it on any 2016 GLE350 ?What is Air Balance Package?
One of the biggest complaints me wife and I have is the seat height when getting in the 2015 ML350. I wished it was a inch or so lower or at least had the adjustable suspension so I could lower the ride height of inch or two,
Other than that , I am pretty pleased with the car/truck.
