Keyless Go will not work!

Keyless Go will not work!
My 2014 ML350BT has one key fob working fine, but the other does not operate as Keyless.
When using it, a warning came up "Replace key fob battery". So I replaced it. Now it will not operate keyless to lock/unlock doors, or to start.
But it will work as a non keyless - press button on fob to lock/unlock doors & insert into dash to start. And no more battery warning.
I replaced the battery again with no success.


Any suggestions?

Be sure the battery was a fresh, fully charged replacement by buying another one at a different store.
