Road side assistance a joke
I hit a deer in NC called MB assistance 1 hour on the phone no help at all with a tow truck to tow my car to a dealer.With On Star with a GM product you get help on a SUV that costs alot less. Disgracefull MB!

My daughter,s Volvo broke down in Coloumbia NC .They pushed the emergency button and Volvo knew where they were already .A tow truck and a car that could take a baby seat was sent and they made reservations at a hotel for them.Volvo paid for all this plus their meals. This service does not stop after warranty runs out.Get the message MB?
