93 octane

93 octane
I have been pumping 93 octane into my ML 350 since last year. I do this because the only choice at the pumps is 89 octane or 93 octane.
Is this beneficial ?

If you only have choice of 89 and 93. Then the decision is clear... 93.
No significant/measurable benefit for using 93 vs. 91 octane gas.
If I were you, I'd pay more attention to oil change interval, type of oil used for oil changes, proper tire pressure in the tires, etc.
