New to the forum
Hi all I'm a newbie on here just got an Ml and really liking it. It's a 2014 with halogen headlights, I do like the look of the ones with the led eyebrow type can you change these or is it a massive job ?? Thanks

It is a massive job. You can look thru the forum, this got to be the most common thread for ML, GLE models. It is doable but far from straight forward, especially if you want the full capabilities such as auto dim headlights. You will need to retrofit the multipurpose camera as well.

thanks for your reply buddy, so just swapping the headlights isn't going to work I'm guessing. What would you say is the best upgrade from the halogen H7's, I'm after something that looks factory, the halogens should of never been on a car at this price point imo.

I agree on the halogen quality (one member of this forum called them "crapogen, which fits well I believe). The best compromise between ease of swapping and improvement is probably to install a HID kit. There is a big thread on that in the "New ML" forum called "Halogen to HID Success". Apparently AZN Optics can send you a kit all ready to install. There are two types of clips that can go in the back of the bulb. The one with a round hole, and the one with a square hole. You need the square hole. Look for the member called "AZN Optics", they'll sort you out.
