Option codes

I swear, I've wasted 2+ hrs looking for the option codes on a 2013 ML350 Bluetec that I'm seriously considering buying. Twice, I printed out 15+ pages from a site where I'd supposedly found the info....and it was all/mostly wrong.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Please?

For the latter, this site seems to work fine on my car (European W166 250BT):
http://carinfo.kiev.ua/cars/vin/mercedes/vin_check
And for a list of all possible codes, I found this page that at least has most of them:
http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~mtor/mbcodedsc.html (It not is complete, as i.e. 386 UNIVERSAL TELEPHONY PACKAGE is missing, but it has a huge number of codes...)
(A PDF-version is located here: http://www.benzworld.org/forums/atta...scriptions.pdf )

Since mine is a POC, and I haven't fully examined the car, I cannot say for sure if anything is missing or wrong.
But everything the dealer said should be on my car is mentioned in the list.
When going through the list of codes on my car, I only found one thing strange:
It says I have "513 TRAFFIC SIGN RECOGNITION".
As far as I know, my car does not have the "Traffic Sign Assist". Not sure what else this could be....?

Tested it out yesterday, and it seems to be working perfect.
(Thus, so far no known deviations on my option codes using the above site
)
Not sure if it is an official abbreviation.
(In my world, POC is also used as "Point of Contact" and "Percentage of Completion"
)I see that CPO is probably a more correct abbreviation (= Certified Pre-Owned)
