Illuminated MB Star - front grill
Has anyone installed one of these in a 2015 ML W166?
If so, can you share the wiring installation instructions? I think getting the existing OEM Star off is fairly simple.

Had seen this YouTube video before then after I sent out my question saw where if you have the Distronic Plus option you can't install the illuminated star.
Guess some of the Distronic electronics are housed behind the MB Star?

its very easy to tell.. when you have distronic plus the star is glossy and you can see your own reflection in the star and the camera is there (as pointed above), i always wondered if you can have the illuminated and distronic at the same time
