steering wheel adjustment failure
2014 ML350 - steering wheel locked in up position and won't go in/out. When manipulate switch, I can hear the click of I guess motor or solenoids. So it sounds like it gets power but won't move.
Any ideas?

Had this with easy access turned on, when you stop the engine and open the door, wheel goes all a way up.
Use the joystick and hit with your hand on top of the wheel it will go down.
Dealer applied TSB and it worked for a year and a few weeks had the same, I just turned off the easy access and wheel stays in the position all the time.
