'12 ML 350 Blue high mileage should I keep

My 2012 350 bluetec has 114k miles which is the most miles I've ever put on a car. I usually change to something else at around 50K. But this SUV has been economical and a great daily driver that has great range and can tow.
The car has been fairly reliable with only an emission pump at 60K which the dealer picked up for good will. At 90K the oil cooler started leaking and they had to pull the motor out to replace the oil cooler which I guess is not unusual. All the maintenance has been done by the book and it still looks contemporary with the new models.
I still like the car and haven't seen anything as versatile but wanted some feed back on how long will these motors go before they start nickel diming me to death.

I don't have an answer for you, I do have 2014 with 62k miles, hope to keep it up to 100K if nothing happen to it.
common problems are:
Oil cooler
Ad blue heater
Timing chain & tensions stretch.

The last one is very expensive fix, hope it newer happen.

Dan,
Thanks for the input. Didn't know about the chain tensioners.
