As these original installs are usually way overpriced, especially here in Norway, I cannot say how much it would cost for you in your country to have it done at a dealer.
But they said this installation was worth approx 1000USD ex VAT.
(Unfortunately they needed to order some parts, so it was not ready when I picked up my car, and I have to come back with it for them to install it later, so I cannot tell you about the final result...)

The installation is not really difficult. You can get some cheap camera kits for around $100. You just need to pull the wires from the rear hatch to the center console. The original install is going on the floor, on the passenger side. But it is easier to just follow the edge of the headliner on the passenger side. You just plug the camera wire behind the head unit, and activate it through the engineering menu. You will be missing the lines though (the ones that turn on the screen when you turn the wheels).
