Need advice. Pump Runs but Water very little washer fluid spraying on the windshield.

Hi All,
Here is my problem: very little washer fluid spraying on the windshield. I did look under the hood by the wipers, all looks good and tight.
Looks like pump cant get enough pressure, or something is in the tank.
Whats your opinions?

here are some videos:

I had this problem. Dealer said it was a clogged filter bottom of the tank. Had to remove fender liner to get to it.

Did you buy the new filter or just washed it?
Did you remove the front wheel or just turned it?
Thank you.

It's likely the strainer on the pickup line (on the motor end) is clogged. Pull the fender liner, pull the motor out and you will see the strainer attached. Wash the strainer, clear the strainer and put it back.

Yea, this my tonight project.
Wondering if any chemicals can be used as those what plumbers are using in bathtubs or showers ) it might damage pump.

Just finished it. All works just perfect.
You were absolutely right, there was something in the filter.

Thank you all for your help.
