first i think you need to change your thread to the X164 section (if your car is the GL 500) and second the change from Bi-Xenon to LED is all but impossible,
unless i am wrong there is no LED assembly for the 2012 GL 500 since the only LED variant is for the current GLS which is a completely different body and headlamp assembly.
Basically your best bet is to purchase the GLS 450/550 with the LED assembly installed. Good luck
