My 2014 command has malfunctioned, I’ll bring it in on Monday. The problem is that the command does not talk to the instrument cluster so I don’t see stations, Navi, or phone numbers. It will not show me the clock either. The radio stays on after you leave the car.
i see an error message to turn on car within 3 minutes or command will shutdown while the car is running. Also says turn on ignition to see the clock, car is on.

So I removed the radio and removed the big black connector for 10 mins and a 20 amp fuse that was there. This seemed either reset the power or the optical ring but everything is working again. Let’s see what happens in the next couple of days.
