Just one of my wheels the clear coat on it is all crazed from the center cap to the outer edge. Looks like broken glass... If I touch it, it feels completely smooth and undamaged. Anybody had this?

Not sure but I think you need to get the clear coat respray. Something has scared or pitted the clear coat on the wheel. The trick is to remove the clear coat with out damaging the base paint or finish. You could try 1500 to 2000 sand paper and WET sand it. . Then wash the wheel and spray it with clear coat. I would check with a local company that refinishes wheels. Most dealers have someone who comes to their location and refinishes wheels. That would be a good place to start. Normally these wheel finishers put paint stripper and take the wheel down to the bare metal and refinish. I don't thing you need this, only a new clear coat. Good luck. Also check on youtube. it may give you come ideas. The good thing is your wheels are not bent or have severe gouges or curb rash.
