Full Service can't be completed?!? Help!

Full Service can't be completed?!? Help!
Have a 2014 ML350 due for Service B. I completed the oil/filter change and went to reset the Service and get to confirm full service and get a message that "full service cannot be carried out". I did this successfully at the last oil change, and have followed the online guides/videos on how to do so. Anybody ever experience this? How do you "fix" it?
