Should you do PPI before or after negotiating price?
I was thinking about telling the seller that first lets agree on the price and then if everything checks out with the PPI at the delaer then we can make a deal. Is this a good tactic? I figured that if I did a PPI before price negotiation then the seller would not be as willing to work with me on the price since I already paid for the PPI and he figures that I won't walk away from the deal.
