ML400 Interior
Hello all. My first MBWorld post. I'm sure this has been asked in the past so I apologize in advance. I have my first MB, a 2015 ML400 with 205 Almond Beige/Mocha Leather, 399 Multi-contour Seats w/ Massage, and U09 MB-Tex Wrapped Dash. My questions are all related to interior care. First question - What parts of my interior are actually leather? I know the dash is MB-Tex but not sure about door trim and console, etc. Second question - What parts of my leather seats are actually leather? I assume the perforated center portion is leather, but I'm not sure about the textured exterior or the rear of the seats and headrests. Third question - Related to my second question, are the rear seats the same composition as the front seats? Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't want to use the wrong cleaning/protecting products and ruin my interior. thanks

I don't know the answers to your questions. One suggestion I'd give is that always first try any cleaning product on a inconspicuous area of the upholstery.

The seating surfaces of the leather seat are leather, ie the perforated center part of the seats and the the top of the side boosters. Not sure about the door surfaces but expect they are leather especially the arm handles/rest and the center console cover. Rear seats the same way, all seating surfaces leather only the sides are non-leather. Headrest are also leather.
