ML400 cylinder number location (P0302 code)
I have a 2015 ML400 with 30,000 miles.
Car ran great until this morning - threw out a P0302 code temporarily (cylinder 2 misfire).
The error was logged as a flashing CEL and went away after stopping the engine and then re-starting the car. Car runs great again, but of course, I am now concerned something is either wearing out or worse - intermittent.
I am anticipating a coil pack problem or spark plug. 30,000 miles is too soon and I might still be under warranty. I cleared the CEL code to see if it happens again.
(could it be bad "gas"?).
In the mean time, I'm curious where cylinder 2 is located on this engine.
Thanks
