Dropped the hammer on a 9" touchscreen

Bought this from Chris The Swede's site.
Sorry guys, tried as I may, the site ***** won't let me post the link. Go to ckmcardesign (add the dot com) then do a search for ML W166 stuff. Lotsa really cool stuff in there, btw.
It's a surprise for the wife. We're all going down to our home in Florida on the 18th of July, but I'll be coming back a week earlier than the wife'n kids. I intend to install the kit then and wait to see the look on her face when she climbs into the Benz when she gets home.
Soooo, question is; Has anyone else ever installed this before? Any tips/tricks/advice? Dunno why, but I'm now ****ting bricks to do the install. I've swapped a big-block 502HP Ramjet into my Safari minivan and been less anxious, go figure...

I'll be very interested how this goes. Be sure to take pictures of what you do so you can share with us .
If it's not too difficult I may give it a try also.

I ordered interior trim from Chris the Swede. We had some communication issues and shipping was slow. That being said, he did send the trim and it was all in near perfect condition and well packed. I am tempted to order more bits from him after I chip the truck...the videos of the touch screen install do not look tough. He does a great job of going through it step by step.

The screen itself is a breeze, it's the wiring that worries me. The English is a bit broken in the on-line instructions I found, but I'm probably worrying for nothing...
