Looking for a new car ML550 or Cayenne S/Macan S?

I need a new car soon and have really hard time picking something.....so I am all over the place. 2013-15 ML550, 2015 Macan S, or 2014-2015 Cayenne S, B8.5 Audi S4/S6, etc.... all work for me. Anyone had both? Is Porsche generally more reliable then Merc? I am buying used maybe with 30-50k miles and would really hate to get screwed with huge maintenance bills

2013 E350 wagon cuprite brown; sold:2014 ML63; R500 Saks Edition; R500; more W124s than I can count
I recently had a 2011 Cayenne Turbo with under 30k miles, dealer service it’s whole life and not beat on. In one year Porsche replaced the transfer case, electronic locking differential, both variocam units...all-in-all about $20k in warranty work. My current ML63 with now 40k miles has had not a single significant repair.

Wonder if anyone with around 100k miles can comment on ML reliability. I had plenty of German cars and all seem to be reliable until sht hits the fan, usually after 50k. I have BMW now with 30k miles and zero issues except for water in rear lights....it fills solid but I still have hard time trusting it like I trusted my S2000 which cost me $100 bucks in 10 years of driving with near 100k miles < thats outside of regular maintenance

I prefer the ML550 due to its twin turbo V8, 2014 was the last model year of the ML550. The ML is more truck like in that it can tow 7200 lbs, not sure what the other two will tow I expect the ML is larger on the inside. All would be good choice

I dont tow anything though and its for 2 adults and a newborn. I value performance and reliability. Yes V8TT is nice if it can do 100k+ miles with no issues

I forgot to mention, I have a 2015 ML350 with 52,000 miles and have not had any issues, it is not a ML550 though . On one hand I wish I had a ML550, V8, for the power but I do worry about turbo life on any car.
