ML550 Off Road Capability
So I took my ML550 off road today, and it performed flawlessly. Add in the fact I have the standard suspension, which makes it that much more impressive. The terrain was rocky and very uneven, but was not extreme “rock crawling” kind of craziness. It was unmanaged BLM land. Just thought I would share in case anyone wondered how these do off-road.

if you intend to do this on a regular basis, I strongly suggest you make sure you have skid plates under all your drive-line components. I cracked a t-case on my then-new 83' Chevy S-10 Blazer when I took it off-road and whacked a rock.
