2013 ML 350 BT
NO CURRENT AT TRAILER HITCH

ML 350 BT 2013
No power@ trailer hitch socket. Checked all fuses, all OK
Is there a relay that switches the circuit?

if you got one factory installed it may need to be enabled in the ecu by mechanic

If you're "Tester" only has LED light and no pre-load - it may well not show current.

On your 2013 there needs to be a resistive load .... you can use this adapter with LED trailer lights:
