It doesn't accelerate

I have a Mercedes ML 250 2012 and it's my first post here.
I am from GREECE and I have the following problem: it doesn't accelerate over 80km/h and 4th gear. I push my foot all the way down the gas pedal but it does not respond!!!
It behaves as it has entered a safe mode!!!
Any ideas please?

Not possible, calling BS on this. It's impossible to walk out of a MB service center with a problem like that which you can duplicate and they say "nothing wrong"

Well, in my case the problem seems to be the intercooler tube. I'm looking for the replacement now...

Test if you have the same issue as the others. Open the hood, put your hand around the intercooler air duct. If you feel a lot air leak out, the duct leak. Some people find the right side (after intercooler) is common issue. It can be fixed temporary by a good strong sticky tape. Just tape around the leaked spot couple round.
