Advice needed on 2013 550
"There was an exhaust leak on the manifold that caused the valve seat to burn out on cylinder 5 at 68k. This is apparently common for #5 to have problems on this powerplant. it took almost 2 months to get the car back. They pulled the engine, replaced the head, cut the valves in and seated them and reinstalled. During that, they noticed an oil leak on the lines to cool the turbo on the left side… oil had leaked on the ECU, and sensors for cam position, o2 sensors, wiring harnesses. The result was they replaced all of those components. Changed the diff fluid, recharged the AC, did an alignment, serviced the transmission, etc. The engine pull resulted in a full clean up and loading of new updated software. I have the records for this."
