The inner taillamp housing is A1669064101 per EPC. WIS shows how to remove the inner tail lamp assembly but does not show the marker lamp bulb replacement procedure or part number.

Best bet is to remove the center trim panel on the liftgate, remove the bulb and bring it to an auto parts store or MB dealer. The parts removal step needs done in any event, so you are not doing double work with this method.

I think it's all one LED assembly, you'll prolly have to change the whole thing

Seems possible peter. The reverse lamp bulb is shown as a separate/replaceable part, but the main tail/marker lamp appears to be one assembly.
