Update GPS 2012 ML350
Has anybody used the following site to update their GPS? https://mbnavupdate.com/shop/mercedes-benz-m-class/ is it legit?

Others have used it with no issues. My experience was a nightmare, but I think part of the blame lies with myself.
I opted for the USB stick download rather than download it myself. By doing this, I needed a licence key which was supposed to be included with my stick, but was not. I was supposed to then go on LiveChat to get the key #. Trying to do that on a pc is evidently NOT the way to do so.
In the end, I harassed and hounded the idiots who sell this update enough that they have finally sent me the licence key in an email. I've yet to try to download the update but intend to do so today and will report back.
