2013 ML350 BT - When to change the coolant?

I have checked the manual and it doesn't specify when to change the coolant? My suv is now sitting at 205k km and the coolant was never changed. When or should I change it? I changed my transmission, transfer case, and front/rear axle fluids so far. Thanks!

The MY13 maintenance booklet says replace coolant at 150k miles. After the first replacement you should be replacing it every 60k miles. Have your oil cooler seals been replaced before? When replacing oil cooler seal the coolant will be drained anyways.

I replaced my coolant in my 2012 ML350BTC and it took about 2 gallons. I know I was not getting everything out of the system as there's still something left in the engine unless can find the drain bolt. The dealer parts dept guy told me usually a coolant change takes 2 gallon of concentrate (which is 4 gallon 50/50 mix), where 1 gallon is for washing and the other for filling. Make sure you buy some distilled or DI water from local food store and mix with the coolant 1:1. Don't use tap water.
